About This Training

Trust is the skill nobody teaches. This two-day intensive gives women in public safety and public service the frameworks, language, and practice to build trust where it matters most — with their teams, their communities, and themselves.

You'll work through the Four Threads of Trust — Clarity, Consistency, Care, and Courage — with a cohort of women who understand the unique challenges of leading in high-stakes environments. No theory dumps. No slide-reading. Just real scenarios, honest conversation, and tools you'll use on Monday morning.
